Ku Yu Cheung (1894–1952) was one of the most accomplished and famous Iron Palm Masters who ever lived. Unknown to most people was that he was a accomplished Kung Fu fighter and master of Taichi Boxing. Ku Yu Cheung’s Mandarin name is Gu RuZhang and that is what he went by and he also published his books under that name.
Similar to Yin and Yang, the formula is well balanced in its nature. Ku Yu Cheung was big believer in Yin and Yang in his martial arts practice thus his mastery in the external and internal arts.
There are several stories circulating regarding his death in 1952, some say he was shot by the soldiers during the Cultural Revolution but that is incorrect since the cultural Revolution took pace between 1966 and 1976. Others s he died malnourished and others say he died from a heart ailment. One thing that is certain is Ku Yu Cheung grew tired of teaching martial arts around 1940 and more or less dropped out of sight.

Each kit can produce up to 144 ounces of liniment and is meticulously prepared fresh per order received and is not sitting around. While you are waiting for your kit to arrive you will need a LARGE GLASS jar with an air tight lid that is at least 5L or larger in size.(see below for our recommendation of a good jar to purchase, you will also need at least 4.25 liters of Vodka or Gin for this large kit. If you have access to 40% Alc/80 Proof Rice Wine, that will work also. Other types of alcohol like grain, everclear, denatured will not work properly by themselves but can used and we explain how with the included instructions.

Order only if you truly practice Authentic Iron Palm and are a hardcore practitioner otherwise this liniment is not for you. This is not for the weekend warrior or part time practitioner. This formula brings a lot of Qi to the hands and you must have the proper training and techniques to use it.

If you practice some other type of hand training or hard contact type hand training email us first to see if this would benefit you. If you apply this liniment to your hands and do not release the Qi generated by the liniment you can develop Qi obstruction issues. so it is important to train Iron Palm or Iron Body when using this liniment.
