Shaolin Dit Da Jow Liniment Recipes
As requested from our Dit Da Jow Customers, I am posting a few of the most powerful Shaolin Dit Da Jow recipes that you can make yourself. These formulas for hundreds and hundreds of years were kept secret and used by the Shaolin Monks to treat injuries sustained in battle or in training. Over the many years these formulas were used by many Martial Art styles like Wing Chun, Choy Lay Fut and Tiger Claw. Wing Chun in particular uses these formulas to stop the blood stagnation which occurs in training Chi Sao and Pak Sao.
Always consult with a professional Chinese Herbalist before making and trying any of these formulas.
