No International Shipping Due To Covid-19 AS Most Countries Are Refusing Admittance of Herb Kits
Ordering and Shipping Information – After an order for one of our liniment kits is placed, you will receive a couple of confirmation emails, one of which is automated from the shopping cart and one from us letting you know that we received your order and when your order will ship. Generally all other items except for the liniment kits are shipped the same or next day depending on what time we receive the order so an email will not be sent. Instead you will receive an email with the tracking information when your shipping label is created, these emails sometimes end up in the spam box so please keep an eye open for that.
USPS Is Our Main Shipping Agent
Packages that weigh over 15.99 ounces but under 2 pounds will generally ship via Priority Mail, packages over 2 pounds generally ship Parcel Select Ground, packages under 15.99 ounces will ship USPS First Class Package Delivery, as an example a 4 oz bottle of Dit Da Jow or Iron Palm weighs around 12 ounces. In some cases when the order is very large or heavy we must use Fedex or UPS as the shipper and require a signature. Signatures also will be required for orders over $100.00 for package security.
Tracking Information- As mentioned above you will receive an email with the tracking information when your shipping label is created, in addition when we update your shopping cart order from Processing to Completed, an automated email from the shopping cart is sent that also includes your package tracking information.
It is very important that you follow the tracking of your order until it reaches your home, this is the responsibility of the purchaser. We guarantee and are responsible that your package will be shipped but cannot be responsible once the package is in transit.
If you live in an Apartment or Condominium please make sure you have a secure place for a package to be left as they will not fit in a small mailbox. If the package can only be left in an unsecured location East Meets West International and the post office are not responsible for package theft. Please let us know if this a problem before you order. In some cases for security purposes we will ship with a signature required, this also holds true for high value packages over $100.00, if this is a problem contact us first before ordering.

As you probably have read we make all the authentic liniment kits fresh per order, so nothing is sitting around. We generally ship the kits the second day after receiving the order, if you order on Tuesday we ship Thursday. When you order a kit or kits we will include in the confirmation email basic instructions on what you will need to prepare your order.
Shipping Rates
Our shipping rates are very straight forward, we send mostly everything United States Postal Service for a flat rate to all US residents, military bases and Puerto Rico. Orders over $100.00 receive free shipping in the USA.
We Are Not Shipping Most Products Outside The United States!
We recommend you email us so can verify that we can ship the products you want to your country and also so we can get you the shipping costs. There are some products we cannot ship outside the USA so please contact us first so we can check for you.
Depending on your country and your customs agency, delivery has been pretty consistent at 8-12 days. Unfortunately we cannot give you a exact delivery time since customs sometimes will hold up and inspect the package for a few days thus delaying delivery. Some countries are now enforcing a tax on shipments entering there country, this is a separate charge when your package is picked up or delivered to you.
Tracking information is emailed on each purchase so you can keep track on where your order is and if it is delayed due to customs.
Return Policy
Our return policy is you can return your unopened unused purchase of Chinese Patent Formulas within 7 days for a full refund. If you use Paypal for payment we will not refund the transaction fee they charge as they now will not refund it back to us.
