This bag weighs approximately 20 pounds and is filled with Black Sand. Black Sand is used in China by the Iron Palm Masters for developing tremendous breaking power.
This back is NOT for beginners as you can injure yourself using this bag without the proper conditioning, so if you are just starting out or even with a year or two under your belt, please do NOT purchase. Hitting this bag is like hitting solid Iron and is for well trained and conditioned Iron Palm practitioners.
This bag is made with an inner liner to prevent Black Sand dust from coming out when striking.The outer layer is made with 100% Suede Leather for years of durability. Black Sand is extremely dense and is solid as Iron when enclosed in the bag. The bag measures approximately !1″x11″
