Herbal Ice Dit Da Jow

Herbal Ice Dit Da Jow is called Di Guo Die Da Yao in China and sometimes referred to as Imperial Dit Da Jow in the West, we will be referring to these 3 names throughout the article.

This liniment is a cold property liniment that is used immediately after an injury where there is swelling, blood stagnation and pain. Each herb in Herbal Ice Dit Da Jow has the classification of being cold or neutral in its healing properties. This is far superior than any Herbal Ice liniments sold online.

Imperial Dit Da Jow liniment is very popular in martial art schools and used when an injury occurs during practice, this is applied until proper medical attention can be used if necessary. This can be used in conjunction with ice if needed without any contraindications.

As with any cold property formula both external and internal it is best to be used short term. In an injury situation once the swelling has gone down and pain has subsided it is best to switch liniments from cold to a neutral or warm property liniment, like the Authentic Dit Da Jow.

One of the key herbs in Imperial Dit Da Jow is Ling Xiao Hua. This herb cools the blood and disperses wind and blood stagnation rather quickly. Along side Ling Xiao Hua is La Mei Hua another powerful herb that also cools the blood cleanses heat and invigorates blood circulation. In addition it helps promote tissue regeneration.

Di Guo Die Da Yao is also used after intensive Iron Palm or bag training where there is an abundant amount of heat created in the hands after a workout and there is noticeable pain and spasms in the extremities.

Imperial Dit Da Jow

Imperial Dit Da Jow is prepared like other Dit Da Jow liniments by adding the herbs in a wide mouth glass jar with an airtight lid and generally a gallon or 5 liters in size, we recommend a 5 liter jar since this is a large kit and can make up to 4.25 liters of liniment.

Once the herbs are added, Vodka is poured in the jar then sealed up and shaken. As with all liniments that you produce at home, shaking your jar often the first 3-4 weeks extracts the alkaloidal constituents and molecular compounds rather quickly allowing you to use your liniment in a short period of time(one month).

There is no need to wait months or years to use as long as you shake your jar often, which is only 2 times per day for a couple of minutes each time. You can also prepare this liniment using advanced preparation methods mentioned on this website.

To use Imperial Dit Da Jow apply generously on the injured area and letting the Jow air dry. You can also use as a compress which is very effective, if you do not know how to use a compress read this. As mentioned above this is to be used short term after an injury generally 24-48 hours is sufficient.

Who Is Imperial Dit Da Jow For

Imperial Dit Da Jow is ideal for schools, clubs and gyms where an injury can occur from training. This is also for any person suffering from acute or chronic heat or wind related inflammation issues in the joints or muscles.

This is referred to as Heat Painful Obstruction Syndrome: very severe pain, hot-red-swollen joints. Heat Painful Obstruction Syndrome is characterized by pain and heat in the joints, which feel hot to the touch, redness and swelling of joints, limitation of movement and severe pain.
